Development Associate – Visibility and Engagement

Some of the key responsibilities of the role include:

• Manage the BU’s social media accounts and website
• Coordinate with the delivery team to create promotional materials and ensure materials are designed and released according to brand guidelines
• Create content such as social media posts, media releases and blogs
• Provide creative inputs to the design team to put out interesting and positive messaging
• Report marketing activity and keep organized records of marketing metrics and results
• Monitor and learn from benchmark organizations
• Support organizing regional webinars and learning events
• Lead BU’s employee engagement activities by adopting ASSIST’s guidelines and values
