The Sustainable Diner aims to actively engage partner food service establishments to achieve optimum economic and environmental benefits of incorporating sustainable practices in their operations. Through this initiative, a focus on reducing carbon emissions and food waste are prioritized in the food service industry.
ASSIST Creativelab translated and presented the results of the impacts created by the project, capturing highlights, milestones, and more importantly ways forward to address stakeholder participation. Through the use of a virtual platform and other necessary communication tools and materials, it is envisaged that there will be long-term impact and broader dissemination.
ASSIST led the development of materials promoting TSD’s 5 sustainable diner principles in the form of self-paced learning modules, pre-recorded videos, and handouts.
